Established in 1965 as a Guild of the Cookery and Food Association, the Craft Guild of Chefs has developed into the leading Chefs’ Association in the UK and has many members worldwide.

English Food & Drink Alliance

The Regional alliance is a new organisation formed by the eight English regional food groups to fill the merging gap for national co-ordination of regional and local food activities. Our goals are to co-ordinate national food and drink activities where delivery is required at regional and local levels with the knowledge required to tailor activity to take advantage of regional trends. We facilitate communication with central government departments, national businesses and other regional activity within the food and drink sector.
