Hrishikesh, 2010 Winner National Chef of the Year, was introduced to the French language at catering school in Pune (India) which lead him to gain a scholarship to Lyon to train at the 'Institut Paul Bocuse' presided Paul Bocuse. Influenced by the French cuisine he went on to work at two different Michelin starred restaurants which then brought him to Great Britain where he joined Hywel Jones at Lucknam Park in 2004. He enjoys representing Great Britain in prestigious competitions and has won 'The Roux Scholarship' which took him to Thomas Keller's, The French Laundry and 'The Craft Guild of Chef's National chef of the Year' in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
