In recognition of current and future challenging trading conditions we have frozen our rates for all exhibitors until March 2010.

Value packages reduce the total cost of exhibiting

We are aware that the cost of the stand space accounts for just a proportion of your total costs as an exhibitor. By working hard with our contractors we have been able to reduce the total cost of exhibiting by designing value packages which include furniture and marketing exposure at a reduced rate.

Booking your stand with these value packages means the total cost of exhibiting in 2011 could be lower than in 2009.

SmartSpace: Bringing down the cost of custom built stands

SmartSpace offers a wide range of custom build designs to help exhibitors maintain a significant presence at the event while reducing stand build costs.

All designs can be scaled up or down and adapted to fit any stand size above 18sqm.
