How to get There

Travelling to ExCeL is easy...

IFE is easily accessible to visitors from all around the globe. ExCeL London is situated in the heart of London’s docklands and is well connected through rail, road, water, and air.

ExCeL has parking which is easy to find. Parking costs £20 for up to 24 hours - this is a flat fee and blue badge holders are also required to pay this fee. If you are a blue badge holder please send us a copy of the parking payment receipt post event and Mina Booth will arrange for the amount to be refunded. Details of the blue badge must also be supplied. Parking in the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park is charged at £15 per day. For more information about driving please click here.

Rail services in the UK are run by a set of private train operating companies. Your point of departure will determine the best service to take and at what station your train will arrive into London.

London's main rail stations are:
King's Cross/St Pancras International, Liverpool Street, London Bridge, Marylebone, Moorgate, Paddington, Victoria and Waterloo

Train tickets can be booked via the following links- tickets are usually released 12 weeks from date of travel and booking early can save you money:

tube iconTravelling by Underground

The Docklands Light Railway (known as the DLR) is part of the London Underground network. Journeys are quick and easy across the London Underground network.

The Jubilee Line and the DLR are the quickest routes to ExCeL London. Alight at Canning Town on the Jubilee Line and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train for the quick one-stop journey to Royal Victoria and easy access to ExCeL.

Tube trains generally run between 5am and midnight, Monday to Saturday, with reduced operating hours on Sunday. Timetables depend on the station and the line, so it's worth checking the Transport for London website.

Important Announcement

Custom House DLR station will be shut for 12 months. Please alight at the Royal Victoria station – a 650 metre distance from ExCeL which is the equivalent of a gentle seven-minute walk. For those less able, golf buggies will be running regular lifts back and forth from Royal Victoria and ExCeL.

Step Free Access

Please note that if you require step free access to ExCeL, we recommend you alight at the Prince Regent DLR station.

ExCeL London is located less than a mile from London City Airport, so if you’re travelling by air, this is the best option however London's six international airports, are all accessible from the venue via public transport.
