Swenga Food

Swenga Food LogoSwenga Food specialises in making special kind of sausages.  They are unique and influenced by the Zambian way of tasting the sausages from way back in the 80s.  These products’ taste is so unique. We coined a phrase Swengalicious to express the taste – the word delicious quite does not express the experience.  The success comes from the dedication to create a quality of sausage (deriving the sausage making from traditional African ways of extracting flavours from the meat)  that can be a surprisingly delightful to the discerning palate.
