Billson’s is a family-owned artisan distillery and brewery, located
in Beechworth, Australia’s best preserved gold-mining town.
Billson's proud history dates back to 1865, when George Billson
founded a brewery that became a family legacy.
In 2017 the historic brewery was bought by new owners,
Felicity and Nathan Cowan. In the short time since, the team has
been dedicated to restoring the building and innovating the range,
bringing Billson’s back to its glory days.
