- Stonebarn is the 3rd largest private, family-owned, producer of fresh black truffle (tuber melanosporum) in Australia and exports 95% of its produce all over the world.
- We export to: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, UAE, USA, UK, Italy, Germany, Denmark and South Africa.
- Stonebarn truffle is black winter truffle (tuber Melanosporum) which is the most expensive black truffle available.
- Stonebarn is one of only a few truffieries in Western Australia with HACCP certification for production, packing and distribution.
- Our truffle products are also manufactured in a HACCP certified production facility.
- We use real black winter truffle (tuber Melanosporum) in all of our products.

- Our products were launched in 2017 in WA and are enjoying exceptional success and feedback from retailers and customers. More recently we launched our truffle alcohol range which has been very popular.
- Stonebarn shelf-stable truffle products are a luxury line, reflected in the sustainable glass premium packaging with high quality labelling.
- The products are built for retail and are very appealing to the retail customer. We also supply food service sizes to restaurants on a large scale.
- We supply many famous named luxury restaurants, e.g. Nobu, who exclusively use Stonebarn truffles because of their consistent quality.
- In 2018 Stonebarn Truffles were awarded Gold Medal by the Australian Food Awards.
- In 2020 Stonebarn was awarded the International Trade Award at the Belmont & Western Australian Small Business Awards.

Our specially trained truffle dogs detect the unique aroma of our truffle. The harvested truffle is immediately cleaned, graded and shipped all over the world, or deydrated and used in our products.
