MAC WHO?
The Mac Factory was born in Cape Town, South Africa in 2001 when teenage entrepreneur Graham Bradbury was inspired to create Mac & Cheese and Lasagne ready meals to earn pocket money. 

Graham followed his passion for cooking in London where he qualified as a Chef and worked at various Fine Dining establishments, Sous Chef at Marco Pierre Whites’ "L'Escargot", “St Mary’s Axe'' at the Gherkin, and Head Chef at the “Gore Hotel”. 

Just as the Street Food Revolution took off in London, he launched “The Mac Factory'' at Camden Market in 2012 and garnered a strong following of Mac Factory fans!

“The Mac Factory Ready Meal Range'' was launched at IFE 2023 with an overwhelming response and we express our sincere gratitude to clients, bloggers and media for supporting our brand over the years. We look forward to embarking on a new journey in 2024 as we expand our reach within the retail and hospitality sectors.
