Allemandi
Allemandi is a producer of dry egg pasta and durum wheat semolina pasta, both organic and non-organic.
The company was created by me, Maurizio Allemandi, thanks to the passion that I have inherited from my grandparents Filippo and Mariuccia: they used to run a restaurant in a small Piedmont village named Carrù, in which they served traditional regional dishes filled with love and care.
Years later I decided to start my own production in my small garage, starting with few products and having a big dream: I wanted to raise the name of my city and the Piedmontese tradition for all the world.
In the last 10 years, my dream became more vivid: I have a great team now that has the same passion and the same dream as me!
We believe in using top quality and traceable ingredients, handling them with mindfulness, care and love while creating our finished products.
This is also the reason why we have been IFS certified for 3 years now, to give our clients all the taste and quality of an artisanal product that is 100% controlled and safe.
Both our lines (conventional and organic) are dried slowly at low temperatures, to achieve great taste and cooking yield.
Our Egg Pasta Line is made with top quality durum wheat semolina and fresh barn eggs, while our Semolina Pasta Line is made with top quality durum wheat semolina and water from Piedmont.
The continuous search for the best ingredients has guided us towards the creation of the new Organic Pasta Line, our flagship product in the foreign market.
