We produce cream cheeses by starting from the best Italian cheeses: Parmigiano Reggiano Cream (Ingredients: Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (only pulp, not crust), cream, sodium citrate, water), Gorgonzola PDO Cream ( Ingredients: Gorgonzola PDO (decrosted), creams, sodium citrate, water).
We are authorized to produce from all Consortium: Parmigiano Reggiano, Provolone Valpadana PDO, Gorgonzola PDO, Taleggio PDO, Asiago PDO, and the Protection Consortia themselves check the correct use of the PDO raw material.
All raw material and all primary and secondary packaging used are certified and come from certified companies
Considering the versatility of the product, it can be used for topping on fries or nachos, hamburger or to season pasta,risotto, soup or pizza. It can be a side for meat, veggies or dipping for snacks.
We can formulate customized recipes at the customer’s request, with cheese base (you can decide the starting cheese, it doesn’t necessarily be part of our range) .
We have obtained IFS and BRC quality certification and authorizations to export all over the world.
Guaranteed shelf life of the product: 240 days (without preservatives)
Available formats: pots 125 gr (Retail), buckets and stand up pouches 500 gr and 1000 gr (Ho.Re.Ca), buckets 5000 gr (Industry).
