Cedar Baklawa was first established in London back in 2000 by Abu Samir, who had been making Baklawa since the 1960's, based on a traditional, Lebanese family recipe.
Under the guidance of the founder's son, Samir Chouman, the business has moved to a larger production unit and bakery in Bedfordshire.
