The company CHEEBAB based in Switzerland is the inventor and producer of the world’s first real vegetarian cheese kebab! It took master cheesemaker Roland Rüegg more than a year to develop the CHEEBAB to perfection. This cheese kebab does not melt, but becomes wonderfully crispy on the ordinary rotisserie gril. The CHEEBAB is made exclusively from high-quality Swiss cow’s milk, contains no preservatives and yet has a shelf life of at least six months. Besides the cheese kebab we developed several other vegetarian and innovative food products such as our delicious Cheebab Burger and alike.
