Located at the foot of the Haut-Languedoc park, Montagne Noire uses the Gastronomic know-how of the South West of France! Binding its ancestral fabrication secrets, its know how and its history Montagne Noire has perpetuated the tradition since 1933. Montagne Noire has cultivated for generations a unique know-how that combines pleasure, gastronomy and sharing. All our recipes are developed with respect for the traditions of dry charcuterie products to offer superior quality products every day. Our membership in a breeders' cooperative allows us to control the chain from the breeding of pigs to the finished product and thus ensure the quality and traceability essential to the quality of our products.
