Working exclusively with our own vineyards and winery, we craft limited-edition wines (10.000 bottles/year) defined by authenticity, precision and a profound sense of place. The extreme continental climate, marked by strong thermal contrasts and demanding growing conditions, naturally favors limited production and remarkable grape concentration.

Winemaking is carried out artisanally at the estate winery, with careful attention to every stage of the process. Each wine is designed to express altitude and origin, followed by 14 months of aging in French oak barrels to achieve balance, structure and refinement without overshadowing the character of the fruit.

De Postín represents a contemporary expression of Ribera del Duero from its most elevated frontier: wines of identity, elegance and quiet luxury. A project defined by estate vineyards and winery, limited production and a commitment to authenticity shaped by altitude, land and time.
