Ghidetti is our family dairy since 1937. We have been making premium PDO Italian cheese for three generations of Ghidetti. We are craftsmen by nature and keep the art of know how to make premium quality cheese. Our cheese is made only with our 100 per cent Italian fresh milk to guarantee its traceability, recognition, quality and safety. We produce Grana Padano, Mozzarella Fiordilatte, Ricotta and Provolone Valpadano D.o.p.
