The Fresh Produce Consortium (FPC) is the UK’s leading trade association for the fresh produce industry. Owned by its members and working exclusively on their behalf, FPC represents around 700 businesses across the supply chain, with membership continuing to grow each year.
Our members include retailers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, processors, packers, and food service providers, alongside a wide range of associated businesses such as freight handlers, ports, embassies, laboratories, packaging specialists, recruitment firms, lawyers, and trade media.
Together, they form a powerful network that drives innovation and resilience across the sector.
FPC’s mission is to champion and protect the interests of its members. We actively engage with legislators, regulators, and policymakers to advise on and influence key industry issues, including Brexit and other global developments. Much of this work happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt daily in the smoother, more efficient trading environment we help create.
