Pizzami is an Italian company based in Parma in the so called "Food Valley". We are pecialized in gluten free frozen bakery production such as traditional Italian pizza, bread and plant based pizzas. Our production is based on long leavening and a patented rolling-out machine "invented" for our GF Pizza recipes. We have developed a line of ALLERGEN FREE plant based pizza crusts - healthy and tasty: cauliflower, broccoli, beetroot and many other. All our crusts are VEGAN and can be developed as ORGANIC. In 2021 we have launched our gluten free "pinsa style" pizza We serve foodservice trade, we develop private label for retail and we sell our own brand too. We are flexible and we propose different toppings, vegan, allergen free. We can offer different kind of packaging for foodservice such as ovenable pack, and for retail we can propose a unique PLASTIC FREE eco-friendly packaging that is ovenable too! We are BRC and Organic certified
