In 1963 in Cagliari, Sardinia, there was a small artisan pasta factory which, thanks to the experience and passion of the owners, has been able to bring to prominence the traditional Sardinian pasta, Fregola and Malloreddus, as well as the typical Carasau, Guttiau and Pistoccu bread. Today, in the new factory in Settimo San Pietro - Cagliari, thanks to the new production lines and our 50 years of experience, we continue to make the history of traditional Sardinian pasta and bread in the world. Thanks to the great passion and love for our land, our products are made with respect for tradition, authenticity and quality.
