IAE has built strong, long-standing relationships with farmers, agents, and food enterprises across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka—two of South India’s most agriculturally rich states—as well as in Gujarat, the Shah family’s home region. These partnerships support a diverse product portfolio that includes Gherkins, Jalapeños, Baby Corn, Peppers, and several other processed agricultural goods.

All crops are transported to IAE’s processing facility in Bangalore, located 45–200 km from the cultivation zones. This proximity ensures timely movement of produce, preserves freshness, and supports faster, more efficient processing.
