J S Lily Ltd founders James Phillipson and Steve Brown have decades of speciality food experience between them. Working with a BRC-accredited farmer and producer in Asia, they have developed tiny, pearl-like peppers cured in sweet & zingy or hot & chilli-infused brine, along with a range of traditional flavoured sambals. All recipes are allergen free and are suitable for Vegans and Coeliacs. With their striking shape, size and vibrant colour, these sweet cured peppers make a fantastic antipasti or ingredient to many different foods and are superb addition to any Pizza. Available in two recipes, red and yellow colours and three types of packaging for retail, food service and ingredients, Lily Peppers® will add great value, colour and interest to any dish.
