Panificadora Mencer was born in April 2014 with two works: first a social function of inclusion of people with physical and mental disabilities into the work and second elaboration of food products made to measure with new ideas and flavours.
Our products are made with high quality raw material and handmade with much love.
We have a rigorous quality system until the final product is ready at the customers´ disposal so they can enjoy an original Galician and traditional taste.
We have three types of dough: a bread dough, a typical Galicia shortbread dough and finally a flaky dough for cheese products and vegetable ratatouille.
We have the classical variety of flavours from the more traditional such as Tuna, Cod, Beef or Chicken to more innovative flavours for the palate such as Mussels with red sauce, Galician Scallps with prawns, spinachs with cheese.
And without forgetting the Tarta de Santiago with IXP (Protected Origin Place) and our tasty and sponge cakes.
