The work of Mastro Sapore is not only limited to the final product, but mainly to the careful selection of the raw materials with which we produce the products.. We carefully select the best farmers in Apulia region that respect our parameters for: - quality -organoleptic excellence -capacity of production So that we can give a fair trade to agricultors and transform the raw materials under our own standards to match the market needs. We aim to establish a long-term business relationship with our partners thanks to customization and innovation.
