Quesos Corcuera, a family-owned cheese company with a long-standing tradition, was founded in 1947 in La Puebla de Montalbán (Toledo). Today, it is a modern reference in Manchego, goat, and mixed cheeses.

As pioneers in the creation of the Manchego Cheese Designation of Origin (DOP), Quesos Corcuera produces Manchega sheep’s milk cheeses under the DOP, recognized for their quality and authenticity. With over 75 years of history, they have expanded their range to include cheeses made from pasteurized cow, goat, and sheep milk, as well as healthy and organic lines under the brand “La Celestina.”

Quality is a priority: we carefully select our milk and hold certifications such as IFS, Organic Certification for goat cheeses, Halal Certification, HACCP, and the Castilla La Mancha Campo y Alma Guarantee Mark, ensuring the highest standards throughout the entire process.

Innovative yet faithful to tradition, we combine state-of-the-art technology with artisanal methods and natural aging.

Committed to sustainability, we use renewable “green” energy, water recycling systems, and eco-friendly packaging.

Our dedication is recognized internationally with numerous awards, including gold at the World Cheese Awards, gold at the Concours International de Lyon, and multiple regional honors such as Gran Selección Castilla La Mancha.

Quesos Corcuera exports to Europe, North America (USA and Canada), Asia, Oceania, and Africa, maintaining a presence on all five continents.
