Higgidy is a premium food brand known for its delicious, wholesome rolls, quiches, and pies, all crafted with the brand purpose of “Bursting with so much irresistible flavour you can see it.” Founded in 2003 by Camilla Stephens, who baked the first pie, the company has operated from Shoreham‑by‑Sea, Sussex for 20 years and now employs 210 people. Acquired by Samworth Brothers in 2019, Higgidy has earned Great Taste and Veggie Awards and is stocked in Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Ocado, and Waitrose, amongst others, as well as served in Gousto boxes and on British Airways.
