In 1990, Sinogen group company jointly founded Weifang Meicheng foodstuffs co.,ltd. with Marubeni and ADM. In the past 30 years, the food business of Meicheng is being developed rapidly, has a wide range of influence in the chicken industry. To increase the production capacity and improve equipment & technique, Sinogen group company established Shandong sinogen foods co.,ltd. in 2018.
The total investment of Sinogen Foods is 100 million USD and the total land area is 12.5 hectare，the construction area is 94,300 square meters. There are three plants in Sinogen foods, one slaughter plant which can slaughter 150,000 chicken per day, one cooked foods plant having the capacity to produce 80 tons foods per day, one domestic marketing foods plant having the capacity to produce 100 tons frozen foods per day.
Sinogen foods company got the approval of poultry and sea foods registration with EU and UK in 2023, and got the approval of poultry foods registration with USA in 2025.
