We take a whole cacao bean, minimally processed approach, preserving the natural integrity of the cacao rather than stripping it back through industrial methods. Unlike conventional chocolate, which is often heavily alkalised and standardised, our chocolate is made from bean to bar using the the whole roasted cacao bean, allowing the true flavour, aroma and nutritional qualities of the cacao to shine.
Wellness is central to everything we do. Our cacao beans are routinely and independently tested in accredited laboratories for heavy metals, including lead and cadmium, as well as for key nutrients such as antioxidants and minerals. This level of testing and transparency is rare in chocolate making and ensures our chocolate meets the highest standards of purity and safety.
