Our company manufactures natural and
healthy food products, with the goal to replace synthetic and artificial
ingredients, with natural and healthy chia seeds. Our first category is Fruit
Spreads, where we make our fruit spreads with chia seeds instead of pectin. We
do not use acids either, we use instead lime juice. Our product is authentic
all natural. By using chia, we bring the nutritional content of chia into the
product as well. Mucilage in chia seeds (what helps us thicken the fruit
spread), is a gel (same as in Aloe Vera) which has a soothing effect in the GI.
It also helps release sugars slowly in the bloodstream and improve digestion of
sugars. Our spreads are also made with less sugars than regular spreads. Our
version of Premium, is sweetened with Organic Agave, which helps us reach a low
sugar content, and a low glycemic and diabetic friendly product. Our newest
launch is a Strawberry Chia Spread sweetened with Dates, making a whole meal
out of a not so sweet spread. The texture and consistency achieved with our
natural process, is more spreadable friendly than a regular pectin based
spread. Although consumers of regular products are not used to this texture,
they soon get used and love it. The texture also helps in using our spreads in
a multitude of uses, it is perfect for spreading on toast, bagels, english
muffins, french toast, waffles, pancakes. Mixing with plain yogurt, parfaits,
smoothies, oatmeal and cereal. Making healthier PB & J sandwiches. Topping
on cheese, crackers and ice cream. Baking cookies and pastries (as it is
naturally bake stable), and other desserts. Great for glazing on meats, among
others. In summary, our fruit spread is not just another fruit spread. It is a
perfect match for healthy eating!!
