17th annual Free From Awards open for entries
With a greater focus on drinks, sustainability and international products, the Free From Awards return in January, bigger than ever before - offering brands making products free from at least one of the fourteen allergens an unparalleled opportunity to announce their innovations to the vigorous free from market, and perhaps even win a coveted award.
Entering the awards is a great way to highlight your products and stand out from the competition, enhance your credibility when it comes to networking, marketing and encouraging investment, and bring a motivational boost to your team!
This year, the team behind the awards is bringing back the much-loved, bespoke Easter Award category for Easter-specific products, and has created a logo for the Free From Drink Awards. They’ve partnered with the Sustainable Kitchen Consultants to create a Sustainability Award, open to any product entered into the main categories for a supplementary fee. And the International Recognition category will once again be open to any products not yet for sale within the UK, but keen to explore opportunities and positioning in the UK.
Whether you are a large multiple, or a small brand, the awards are the perfect opportunity to gain the recognition you and your team deserve. Our blind judging ensures a level playing field, so small producers can be confident there will be no bias on the judging panel. Said one entrant, “We were worried at first when we saw big names showing up in many categories but very happy the judges truly looked at the quality and details rather than how big or how many times the products have been entered.” https://www.freefromfoodawards.co.uk/testimonials/
"As well as wraparound support from start to finish, entrants receive a bespoke Feedback Pack with judge’s comments and insights on all products entered, and the free from market, which proves invaluable for EPD. As a consequence, we often have the same companies returning year after year to maximise their opportunities in the context of both free from and the mainstream market,” said Free From Awards’ CEO, Cressida Langlands.
Launched in 2008, they are well recognised and trusted within the industry and consumer awareness has grown considerably over the last few years. “We are committed to, and invested in, supporting, promoting & encouraging quality, innovation & execution within the free from category and by doing so aid the lives of the free from consumer,” says COO, Nicki Clowes.
Entries close on February 16th, the Finalists are revealed in May and the Winners announced at our famously excellent Presentation Party in June.
Entry to the Free From Christmas Awards will re-open in July 2024.
