Italy will once again showcase the very best of its food and drink sector at the International Food & Drink Event (IFE), taking place at ExCeL London from 30th March to 1st April.

Within the national pavilion organised by Agenzia ICE – London Office, 32 Italian companies will present the excellence of Italy’s production chains across oils, vinegar and condiments, cured meats and meat products, bakery products and pasta/rice, cheeses, sauces and preserves.

The pavilion will also feature a show-cooking area, with demonstrations by some of the most renowned Italian chefs working in the UK, including Gennaro Contaldo, Theo Randall, Francesco Mattana, Danilo Cortellini, Chiara Tomasoni, Andrea Ruszel, and John Paul Alberti. A comprehensive communications programme will support the trade fair activities, with a journalist and food blogger promoting both the live cooking demonstrations and the exhibiting companies.

As part of a broader mission to promote Italian excellence and strengthen international trade relations, IFE has been selected as one of the strategic initiatives within OpportunItaly, the business acceleration programme launched by Agenzia ICE and the Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale. The programme aims to connect buyers, distributors, and international entrepreneurs with Made in Italy through a dedicated portal designed to encourage participation in ICE promotional initiatives and foster business links with Italian companies.
