Lunch with the Buyer in partnership with TickEat returns to IFE 2026
IFE 2026 exhibitors are invited to apply for Lunch with the Buyer, a hosted networking event delivered in partnership with TickEat and taking place on Monday 30 March 2026 at Excel London.
Open exclusively to IFE exhibitors, the lunch will connect selected brands with senior buyers from across the travel, leisure and hospitality sectors, including international airlines, train operators, cruise lines, ferry operators and hotel groups. Designed to facilitate meaningful commercial conversations, the event offers a rare opportunity for exhibitors to pitch directly to key decision-makers in an informal, focused setting.
Running from 12:00–14:00, Lunch with the Buyer enables participating brands to showcase their products, gain insight into buyer requirements, receive direct feedback and explore potential routes to market. For suppliers targeting growth in travel and leisure foodservice channels, the session provides valuable exposure to buyers actively sourcing new products and solutions.

Applications are now open, with places limited. Registration does not guarantee attendance, as all applications will be reviewed by TickEat to ensure the most relevant brand and buyer matches. Successful applicants will be notified directly once selections have been confirmed.
