Paul Rhodes Bakery unveils its largest-ever Christmas collection for 2026
Paul Rhodes Bakery, exhibiting at IFE 2027 on 5-7 April at Excel London, is preparing for the festive season with the launch of its biggest Christmas collection to date, combining returning customer favourites with a host of new products designed to help retailers and hospitality operators create memorable seasonal offerings.
The 2026 range builds on the success of the bakery's previous festive collections, bringing back its award-winning mince pies while introducing an expanded selection of festive breads, savoury bites, cakes and sweet treats inspired by much-loved British classics.
Among the returning favourites are Paul Rhodes Bakery's regular and mini mince pies, alongside retail packs of mini mince pies designed for gifting and seasonal sales. New additions for 2026 include a range of festive breads and carriers, such as Festive Onion Slider Buns, Garlic & Rosemary Demi Baguettes, and Lemon & Dill and Cranberry & Hazelnut Sliced Tin Loaves.
The collection also introduces new savoury products aimed at foodservice operators, including Mini Brie & Cranberry Bites, Caramelised Leek & Colston Bassett Stilton bites, and Festive Herb Stuffing & Béchamel bites.
For bakeries, cafés and retailers looking to expand their festive sweet offerings, the range features a variety of seasonal cakes and pastries, including Mince Pie Morning Buns, Gingerbread Morning Buns, Noël Muffins, Dawn's Frosted Ginger Wreath Cake and Snowy Village Speculoos Biscuits. New Christmas mini cakes and tartlets include a Toffee & Pecan Winter Mini Cake, a Twelfth Night Ginger & Rye Mini Cake and a Cranberry & Clementine Christmas Tart available in multiple sizes.
The collection also showcases the bakery's focus on heritage grains and traditional baking methods, with products developed to deliver both seasonal appeal and versatility across retail, hospitality and catering environments.
