IFE returns to Excel London from 30 March to 01 April, bringing together food and drink producers from across the globe. Among the international pavilions, the United States Pavilion will showcase a diverse mix of American brands spanning condiments, beverages, bakery, ingredients and plant-based innovation.

From heritage Italian-American recipes to emerging functional drinks and native botanical teas, here are just some of the US exhibitors buyers can expect to discover on the show floor.

Heritage flavours and classic American condiments

Visitors interested in authentic deli flavours should stop by E. Formella & Sons, a fourth-generation family business founded in Chicago in 1909. The company is best known for its Italian-style speciality foods including giardiniera, muffuletta olive salad, stuffed olives and a range of sauces and relishes developed from traditional family recipes.

These bold, flavour-packed condiments have become staples in sandwiches, pizzas and deli counters across the United States and are now finding growing appeal with international foodservice and retail buyers looking to bring classic American deli flavours to their ranges.

Also bringing a taste of Louisiana to London is Walker & Sons, the producer of the well-known Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning range. Created in Ville Platte, Louisiana, the brand is famous for its punchy blends of salt, red pepper and garlic that add Southern heat to everything from seafood to fried chicken.

Functional drinks and wellness innovation

The US Pavilion will also highlight innovation in functional beverages. One of the more unusual offerings comes from The Pickle Juice Company, which produces a sports drink designed to help prevent muscle cramps and support hydration. The Texas-based brand has built a following among athletes and active consumers, with its electrolyte-rich drink formulated to help relieve cramps and replenish salts lost during exercise.

Another distinctive beverage brand is CatSpring Yaupon, which produces tea made from yaupon holly — the only naturally caffeinated plant native to North America. Sustainably wild-harvested in Texas, yaupon creates a smooth, naturally energising drink with a gentle caffeine lift and no bitterness, offering buyers an alternative to traditional tea and coffee.

Plant-based, organic and ingredient innovation

Alongside finished products, the pavilion will feature organisations and suppliers supporting the broader US food ecosystem.

Industry groups such as USA Pulses and the USA Rice Federation will be highlighting American-grown ingredients, from lentils and chickpeas to rice varieties used across food manufacturing and foodservice.

Meanwhile, brands such as Chunky Vegan, World of Chia, VerMints and Food for Life Baking Co. bring a strong focus on plant-based, organic and better-for-you products. From sprouted grain breads and natural mints to chia-based ingredients and vegan foods, these exhibitors reflect the ongoing demand for clean label and functional foods across global markets.

Connecting global buyers with US producers

The US Pavilion is supported by organisations including the Southern United States Trade Association (SUSTA) and the Organic Trade Association, which help American producers connect with international buyers and expand export opportunities.

Together, the exhibitors represent the diversity of the US food and drink sector — from heritage family brands to innovative newcomers and ingredient specialists.

For buyers visiting IFE 2026, the pavilion offers a chance to explore emerging flavours, functional trends and classic American products all in one place.
