These companies are leaders in the "free from" sector, recognised by the Free From Awards (FFA) and other prestigious bodies for their commitment to safety, taste, and innovation for allergy-conscious consumers.

- Fermenti: A standout for gut-friendly innovation, Fermenti won two gold medals for Raspberry & Coconut Bio Bites and was shortlisted as an innovator by Cambridge University. Their unique process combines traditional lacto-fermentation with freeze-drying to preserve 3 billion live cultures in treats that are naturally free from some of the top 14 allergens.

- Naturli': winning at FFA 2020, Naturli’ is a benchmark for dairy free excellence, with judges highlighting their authentic flavour and "planet-friendly" profile, which reduces CO2 emissions by 84% compared to dairy butter.

- Previously known as Coconom, The Coconut Company won a gold medal in the Store Cupboard category at the FFA for their organic coconut aminos, marketed as a natural, soya free alternative to traditional soy sauce, distinguished by several key production and dietary factors:
Natural Ingredients: made from the fermented sap of coconut blossoms, blended with sea salt and coconut nectar.
Slow Fermentation: the sauce is naturally aged for six months to develop a rich, sweet, and salty umami profile.

Founder Clare Marriage was the inspiration behind the Free From Hero Award for her decades-long contribution to the industry. Their products, like the Organic Fruit & Fibre Flakes, are consistent gold winners, recognized for being organic, vegan, and gluten free without compromising texture.
- Seafish UK Ltd: Specializing in high-quality retail solutions, Seafish UK earned a bronze medal at the 2025 Free From Hallowe’en Awards for their Lidl Spooky Fish Nuggets. They are increasingly recognized for adapting traditional favourites into high-quality, allergen-aware options for major retailers.
