Seafish UK to launch ‘A Different Catch’ protein bakes at IFE 2026

Seafish UK is set to unveil a new direction in product innovation at IFE 2026, introducing its latest range, A Different Catch – Protein Bakes, at Excel London from 30 March to 01 April.

Developed in response to evolving consumer preferences and modern eating habits, the new range reimagines familiar favourites through bold flavours, versatile formats and a contemporary approach to protein-led meal solutions.

The concept challenges traditional expectations by combining quality ingredients with globally inspired flavour profiles, delivering products that are both comforting and current. Designed for flexibility across a variety of menus and occasions, the Protein Bakes offer a fresh take on convenient, flavour-driven dishes.

The initial range launches with three variants:

  • Mexican Chicken Protein Bake – featuring peppers, sweetcorn, kidney beans and diced chicken with Mexican-style cheese, coriander and chilli, finished with a spiced tortilla crumb
  • Chicken, Ham & Cheese Protein Bake – combining shredded potato, mature cheddar, diced chicken and ham with cream cheese and parsley, coated in golden breadcrumbs
  • Bombay Chicken Curry Protein Bake – a blend of mixed vegetables, peppers, rice and diced chicken in a creamy curry sauce, topped with a poppadom-style crumb

All products are designed for convenience, available in cook-from-frozen formats suitable for both oven and air fryer preparation, ensuring consistency, ease of use and strong on-plate presentation across foodservice settings.

Visitors to IFE will be among the first to experience the new range, with Seafish UK showcasing A Different Catch – Protein Bakes on stand N3950.

The launch reflects the company’s continued focus on developing products that respond to changing tastes while delivering on flavour, convenience and creativity.
