France has long been synonymous with culinary excellence, and visitors to IFE will once again have the opportunity to discover a diverse selection of French food and drink producers through the Business France pavilion.

Organised by Business France, the national agency supporting the international development of the French economy, the pavilion will bring together 21 companies showcasing the breadth of France’s food and beverage expertise. From traditional specialities to innovative products designed for modern retail and foodservice, the participating brands highlight the quality, heritage and creativity that define French gastronomy.

Among the producers exhibiting is Castaing Foies Gras, known for its foie gras, confits, duck breasts and ready meals that draw on time-honoured techniques from southwest France. Dairy expertise will be represented by SILL Entreprises, while LDC International will present a range of processed meat and delicatessen products.

France’s strength in ingredients and speciality products will also be on display. Compagnie des Salins du Midi et des Salines de l’Est brings centuries of expertise in sea salt, vacuum salt and rock salt production, while Coopenoix will highlight premium nuts sourced from the renowned walnut-growing regions of France. Fruit specialists are also represented, with Roger Descours and Fruits Rouges & Co showcasing high-quality fruit products suited to both retail and professional kitchens.

Seafood innovation features through Etablissements JC David, a specialist in smoked fish and delicatessen products, while SIAS will introduce sauces and prepared foods inspired by Asian flavours, reflecting the global influences shaping today’s food development.

Sweet treats and indulgent products are another cornerstone of the French offering. Maison Bruyère and Paticeo will present pastries and biscuits rooted in traditional French baking, alongside ice cream and confectionery from L’Angelys and chocolate creations from Le Comptoir de Mathilde.

Innovation also extends to packaging and sustainability, with companies such as Les Nouvelles Pailles presenting sugar cane fibre straws designed as an alternative to traditional plastic options.

Elsewhere on the pavilion, buyers will find snacking solutions from Mix Buffet, pastry materials from Mae Innovation and Hafner, speciality cheese from Thomas Export, and distinctive beverages such as Renée’s French Caribbean hot chocolate drink.

Together, the exhibitors demonstrate the range of products available from French producers seeking to expand their presence in the UK and international markets. By bringing these companies together in one dedicated space, the Business France pavilion makes it easier for buyers to explore new partnerships, discover emerging products and connect directly with producers.

For retailers, wholesalers, importers and foodservice operators attending IFE, the pavilion offers a convenient gateway to French innovation and craftsmanship across multiple categories. Whether searching for premium ingredients, indulgent confectionery, sustainable solutions or globally inspired flavours, visitors will find a wide spectrum of products reflecting both France’s culinary heritage and its evolving food landscape.
