Nick has always been fascinated by the different cuisines of the word. He began his career in food in 2011 when he relocated to a remote part of the west coast of New Zealand and opened an atmospheric restaurant that combined a full-time party vibe with a Kiwi spin on Mexican street food. On returning to the UK Nick fell in love with Japanese food and took up a position with The Wasabi Company. – there is very little this guy doesn’t know about fresh wasabi.
