I’m Soraya Gadelrab and I run the Food, Drink & Hospitality portfolio at Montgomery. Having been with the business for over 13 years, I’ve been lucky enough to witness the development of our fantastic events including IFE, HRC, IFE Manufacturing Solutions, Speciality & Fine Food Fair, IFEX and ScotHot and I’m excited to take them forward as the industry’s we serve evolve.
I have an extensive knowledge of the food industry as well as the hospitality sector and have been fortunate enough to be invited on numerous occasions to judge some of the most prestigious awards in the sector; Great Taste Awards, Quality Food Awards, Academy of Chocolate Awards, World Food Innovation Awards and World Beverage Innovation Awards!
Alongside my role at Montgomery, I also sit on the Association of Exhibition Organiser’s Development Board as well being co-founder of the UK Chapter of the Women In Exhibitions Network, both striving to inspire the next generation of event organisers.
I’m Nicky the Event Manager for IFE. I’ve worked for the Montgomery Group for over 9 years and within our food, drink and hospitality portfolio for the majority. Working on a variety of our shows has given me extensive knowledge of the exhibition industry and I’m proud to continue working on events that serve our industry.
I’m a passionate foodie that loves to dine out, find new products and indulge in all things tasty! Working on IFE gives me the opportunity to combine my love of food and drink with my job - what could be better!
Plans for IFE 2021 are well underway and we are all so excited to be able to work on an event that will provide incredible networking opportunities, amazing content and innovation by the bucket load!
Head of Sales
I’m Dan Head of Sales for IFE & IFE Manufacturing Solutions and am responsible for all things commercial on both events.
I’ve worked in the fun world of trade exhibitions now for nearly 8 years now and wouldn’t change it one bit! I’ve worked on events across a whole range of sectors including engineering, manufacturing, science and HR but undoubtedly the most fun and perfect fit for me is food and drink!
Having gone to university in Lyon, the capital of French Gastronomy and with French family heritage, good food and drink has always been an important part of my life. When I’m not honing my chef skills, I’m often found playing friends and colleagues at a game of darts.
International Sales manager
I’m Andy, International Sales Manager at Montgomery and responsible for the International participation at IFE & IFE Manufacturing Solutions 2021. For the upcoming edition of the event we have put together quite an eclectic mix of exhibitors from many different countries, I’m looking forward to seeing what they will be bringing to the table.
My job involves a fair amount of travel around the world, which is great as I love travelling and trying new foods.
I have a lot of experience of working in food exhibitions, having worked in this sector for 9 years. I previously worked on food exhibitions in quite a range of countries, including Russia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, China and Poland!

Hello, I’m Mel and I am psyched to be taking the reins on the marketing campaign for IFE + IMS 2021, made even more exciting by the pending union of HRC.
Having worked in the events and exhibition space for 7 years, and enjoying the world of food & drink in London and internationally for longer still, it is a personal joy to be able to combine two of my passions in one role.
The show has built and held a special place in the heart of the idustry for over 4 decades by producing a programme of cutting edge content, innovative products and a networking opportunity second to non. Our upcoming edition will be all of this and more as the entire food, drink and hospitality community unite at Excel London for the culmination of IFE + HRC.
Senior Marketing Executive
I’m Clare Palmer and I’m the Senior Marketing Executive at Fresh Montgomery, working across our fabulous food and drink portfolio. I have heaps of experience and knowledge working in marketing teams in the Exhibitions and Events world and before working at Fresh Montgomery, I worked at Reed Exhibitions and Centaur Media across a variety of exciting industries.
I studied BA (Hons) in Business Studies at the University of Plymouth and have since been enjoying life in London. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, festivals, music, food and love any excuse to head to the West Country!
My name is Amy and I am the Marketing Assistant for IFE and IMS within the Montgomery food & drinks portfolio. I studied Events Management at University and following this went on to work as an Events Executive on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. I have always had a real interest in marketing so tried to get involved with that where possible. I am super excited to have joined the team and to be working on this show, even if it does make me super hungry all the time staring at photos of all the amazing food our exhibitors offer.
My name is Kayleigh and I am the Operations Executive for IFE & IMS 2021. I joined Montgomery as an Ops Assistant in 2016, having worked in the Food Service and Hospitality industry for 5 years alongside completing a one-year internship at a local charity in their Events & Fundraising Team. IFE is such a fantastic and beautiful show, so I’m really pleased to be part of the core organising team for a third year running!
My name is India, and since joining Fresh Montgomery 2 years ago, I have worked on a number of shows including IFE, and I am so excited about the 2021 edition. Voted as Montgomery’s ‘Ray of Sunshine’, I am patient, helpful and will always go the extra mile to make sure you have all the answers you need to organise your stand. Outside of the office there is nothing better than escaping back to the country to spend time with my horses and vintage cars!

My name is Kara and I have been with the company for 4 years. With a BA Hons in the Hospitality Industry, and almost 25 years in exhibitions, a natural love of artisanal food led me to become part of the team at Montgomery events. My passion is to help people succeed and my desire to mentor made the role of Customer Success Manager the perfect fit for me!
