Open exclusively to IFE and HRC 2026 exhibitors, Aramark, one of the world’s largest providers of foodservice and facilities management, hosted an exciting Meet the Buyer event at Food, Drink & Hospitality Week 2026.

In a ‘Dragon’s Den’-style format, selected exhibitors pitched to a panel of foodservice buyers, who assessed whether each supplier was the right fit for Aramark UK.*

The Opportunity
Available only to companies exhibiting at IFE & HRC 2026, this was a rare opportunity to present to a panel of Aramark UK’s senior buyers, with the potential to have products or businesses listed.

The Format
Shortlisted applicants were invited to pitch at IFE & HRC in March 2026, delivering a 7-minute ‘Dragons’ Den’-style presentation to four senior buyers, followed by a Q&A and a sampling session. The panel shared feedback, and successful suppliers began the journey of launching their products into the Aramark Foodservice business.

The panel members evaluated the potential of our products very positively, and just a few days after the session I was contacted with the information that there was interest in supplying our products.
