Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained from cooked must and wine vinegar sourced from our own vineyards. The grapes are processed and acetified according to traditional family recipes, respecting long-standing methods. The product is then aged in wood barrels, where it develops a balanced flavor and a distinctive aromatic profile. Available in five different densities, from 1.17 to 1.35, to suit a wide range of culinary uses.
