Our broccoli rabe (Cime di rapa) is cultivated according to the organic method. Ideally it is used in the iconic Apulian dish par excellence, the famous and esteemed Orechiette con le Cime di Rape. It is also perfectly suitable for filling panzerotti, as a starter or as a side dish.
