Panpiuma Spelt  is a good and natural product made with only few ingredients: whole spelt wheat flour, spelt flour, wheat flour, water, olive oil, natural yeast, sea salt and malted wheat flour.

It has no added sugar and it’s dairy free, we use only the noble olive oil.

No preservatives: the bread is treated with ethylic alcool derived from cereals.
