IMAGO Single Pass Custom Made is an industrial digital printing system designed around your product, material, and production process—delivered either as a complete, finished project or fully adapted to your existing line. It’s built for medium and large manufacturing plants, where high throughput and repeatable quality matter, and where standard “catalog” printers don’t fit the process.

In Single Pass, the product moves in a steady takt under a fixed printbar, enabling printing in-line without stopping the conveyor. The solution can be integrated with conveyors and feeders and connected to production systems (e.g., MES/ERP) to print variable data —without downtime.

As part of IMAGO’s Custom Made program, the project follows a proven path: Discovery → Proof Lab tests on your product → design & prototyping → FAT/SAT acceptance → implementation, training, and service support—so you see real results on your samples before the final decision.
