This is a type of bibimbap, a beloved and representative rice dish in Korea. This version of bibimbap uses doenjang (Korean miso), another popular sauce known for its rich and savory flavor, characterized by its nuttiness and saltiness rather than spiciness. In traditional Buddhist cuisine, where chili peppers are typically not used, doenjang sauce is widely utilized for making bibimbap. How to Eat: 

1. Remove the outer plastic film and heat in the microwave for 4 min. and 30 sec. No need to defrost. Mix thoroughly with the steamed rice, vegetable toppings, and sauce until the rice is evenly red. Enjoy.

 

Caution: 

- Do not put it in the microwave without removing the outer plastic wrapping

- Please be sure to store it in the freezer. The paper container may become wet if left at room temperature or in the refrigerator. No need to defrost. 

- Be careful when opening the cup right after microwaving, as hot steam may come out.
