Ruby 18 White Tea
Ruby White Tea is made from Taiwan Tea No. 18 (Ruby), using the "heavy withering, light fermentation" process of white tea. It combines the unique cinnamon and mint aroma of Ruby with the delicate and elegant characteristics of white tea. Its appearance is bright green with reddish tinges and prominent white down. The tea soup is warm orange in color, with a smooth and sweet taste, often with citrus floral and fruity aromas. It is also highly resistant to multiple infusions and is a newly emerging specialty tea in Taiwan in recent years.
