Our range of ‘Instant Tarte’ fibreglass moulds comes in a variety of shapes.

The Fibermaé is manufactured in France using an open-weave fiberglass mesh and a non-stick silicone coating that withstands temperatures from -35°C to +380°C. Thanks to its open mesh, which promotes the circulation of hot air, the Fibermaé provides even baking, resulting in crispy and golden products, no matter if ti is raw or frozen doughs.

Instant Tart moulds were designed and developed in collaboration with the 2023 Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Pierre-Henri ROULLARD.

Thanks to this new concept, you can produce classic and original shaped tart bases in record time WITHOUT using a moulding machine!
