Our new signature gin to be launched at IFE 2025, this crisp aromatic London Dry Gin is packed full of aromatic juniper with pine and lemon zest notes on the nose, opening out to herbaceous fennel and coriander with soft, spicy complexity from nutmeg, orris and cardamom.

A whisper of the sea comes from a touch of sugar kelp added for its mineral rich umami note that leaves a long, clean finish that’s as invigorating as the Irish Sea itself.
