High protein, high fibre, vegan flour concentrate made from plant-based raw materials, which, when added to traditional flours, is suitable for reducing the usable carbohydrate content of various fine bakery products (e.g. breads).


For use in the manufacture of bakery products, mainly bread products, mixed with the flour used in the manufacture of the product. Dosage: 1:1 with wheat flour.
