Iberian Acorn-Fed Chorizo
Our Iberian Bellota Chorizo is made from carefully selected meat of free-range Iberian pigs raised in the dehesas of Extremadura. These pigs roam freely through oak woodlands and feed naturally on acorns during the montanera season, which gives the meat its exceptional quality and flavor.
The meat is traditionally seasoned with natural spices, including Spanish paprika (pimentón), garlic, and salt, following authentic regional recipes. It is then slowly cured in natural conditions, allowing the flavors to develop gradually.
The result is a chorizo with a rich aroma, balanced spices, and a deep, savory flavor enhanced by the distinctive nutty notes of acorn-fed Iberian pork.
