All our icecream is made in small batches using 50% double cream, milk and sugar and then additions we make ourselves daily such as our Honeycomb, caramelised Brown Bread mix, Apple Crumble etc and then fresh locally grown fruits for our fruit range.  We also partner with other small producers for some of our other additions ensuring the finest quality ingredients go into every batch we make.
