Mini Glutinous Rice, Jan Jyu Gai (珍珠雞) is an evolution of the classic Lo Mai Gai (糯米雞). It is a very popular Dim Sum dish served during "Yum Cha". The portion size of Lo Mai Gai is generally quite large, so this smaller variant, perfected by Royal Gourmet, literally translates as Pearl Chicken, a much more manageable portion, meaning a sharing portion can have more pieces.
